play therapy
Play is a child's natural way of communicating.

Play Therapy is a way of helping children to express their thoughts and feelings when they might not have the words to do so.

Therapeutic play allows children to explore their feelings, learn new coping skills, and feel understood at their own pace.

Family therapy
Child-Parent-Relationship therapy is a parenting support program to help strengthen the relationship between a parent and their child using weekly play sessions.

Parents learn skills to respond to their child's feelings, build their self-esteem, help them learn self-control and self-responsibility, and set therapeutic limits during regular play sessions.
